  • However, we offer the unlimited revisions to make sure that you will receive what you love.

 

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

  • You received the wrong product in terms of size, print, or customization.
  • The final product does not meet the expected quality standards despite following our submission guidelines and photography tips.

 

CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS

  • If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • After the 1 hour window has passed, cancellation or change requests will be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work on your order immediately.

  • Drawing time: 1-3 business days
  • Revision time: Up to the Customer
  • Fulfillment time: 2-5 business days

 

Shipping Times

  • United States: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 4-8 business days. 
  • UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders to these regions generally arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

*Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons

 

 Shipping Cost

 

  • We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders over $100.
  • If your order is less than $100 and from the USA , we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
  • If your order is less than $100 and from Canada, the UK, Australia, or European countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.

  • Address Changes: Any updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
