Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes time to personalize and create your product
- Drawing time: 1-3 business days
- Revision time: Up to the Customer
- Fulfillment time: 2-5 business days
- United States: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 4-8 business days.
- UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders to these regions generally arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
*Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons
- We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders over $100.
- If your order is less than $100 and from the USA , we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
- If your order is less than $100 and from Canada, the UK, Australia, or European countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.
- Address Changes: Any updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
- Military Addresses: We regret that we cannot ship to military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we will reach out to request an alternative shipping address. - After the 1 hour window has passed, cancellation or change requests will be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work on your order immediately.
