At Cooltiny, we specialize in creating customized products that are personal and unique to each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations.

RETURNS

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns for products.
  • However, we offer the unlimited revisions to make sure that you will receive what you love.

 

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product in terms of size, print, or customization.
  • The final product does not meet the expected quality standards despite following our submission guidelines and photography tips.

 

CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS

  • If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • After the 1 hour window has passed, cancellation or change requests will be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work on your order immediately.

  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
