Processing Time

Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes time to personalize and create your product

*Processing time: 

• Drawing time: 1-3 business days
• Revision time: Up to the Customer
• Fulfillment time: 2-5 business days

Shipping Times

• United States: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 4-8 business days. 
• UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders to these regions generally arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

*Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons

 Shipping Cost

• We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders over $100.
• If your order is less than $100 and from the USA , we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
• If your order is less than $100 and from Canada, the UK, Australia, or European countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.

 Important Notes

• Address Changes: Any updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
• Military Addresses: We regret that we cannot ship to military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we will reach out to request an alternative shipping address. If the new shipping address incurs a different shipping cost than what was originally charged at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference. Your order will proceed once the invoice is paid.
