Once you've finished choosing your options, click on the 'Add to cart' button, then checkout, and you will receive your custom drawing via email for approval in a few days. Once approved, we will Ship your Canvas!

Processing Time
Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes time to personalize and create your product
*Processing time:
- Drawing time: 1-3 business days
- Revision time: Up to the Customer
- Fulfillment time: 2-5 business days
Shipping Times
- United States: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 4-8 business days.
- UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: Orders to these regions generally arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
*Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons
Shipping Cost
- We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders over $100.
- If your order is less than $100 and from the USA , we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99
- If your order is less than $100 and from Canada, the UK, Australia, or European countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.
Important Notes
- Address Changes: Any updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
- Military Addresses: We regret that we cannot ship to military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we will reach out to request an alternative shipping address. If the new shipping address incurs a different shipping cost than what was originally charged at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference. Your order will proceed once the invoice is paid.

RETURNS
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns for products.
- However, we offer the unlimited revisions to make sure that you will receive what you love.
REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
You may be eligible for a refund or a replacement if:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product in terms of size, print, or customization.
- The final product does not meet the expected quality standards despite following our submission guidelines and photography tips.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
- If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After the 1 hour window has passed, cancellation or change requests will be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work on your order immediately.
